Whilst we were walking around the city centre we decided to check out the central markets. The central markets of Adelaide are filled with fresh produce to sample and buy; cheese, meats, bread, seafood, fruit and veg. When we arrived at the markets we still had some of the produce left from the markets in Barossa and so were able to refrain from over-buying (although I was very tempted to restock our cheese supplies). We left the market with only enough food for lunch; mini baguettes, chorizo sausage, pesto dips and fruit, which we enjoyed on a patch of grass under the shade of a tree.
I like the combination in your photos of traditional German (Mettwurst) and Asian (Kaipan) food. Makes me smile as a German

Thank you, I’m glad you liked them. It was so interesting walking around the markets being surrounded by so many different cultures and the Mettwurst was delicious!
