Wagga Wagga

We had decided in Canberra that we would break the next week and the long drive to Adelaide up a fair bit. From Canberra we headed to a town called Wagga Wagga, only 244km away, and set up camp for two nights. Jack has decided that he will be completing the long walk from John O’Groates to Land’s End with his friend when we get home and so in preparation we decided to go on a walk round Wagga. The Wiradjuri Walking Track runs around the outskirts of the town and along the Murrumbidgee river. Along the way we got a little lost, sun burnt and thirsty (1.5 litres of water was not enough!) but managed to complete a 28.48km circuit in 6 hours 24 minutes.
